Brennan Reilly is the sole shareholder of D. Brennan Reilly, P.C. with a practice devoted to executive compensation and employee benefits matters. He received a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University in 1991 and a J.D. with honors from the University of Texas at Austin in 1994. He was admitted to the Texas Bar in 1994.
Mr. Reilly is a member of the Houston ERISA Industry Group, the SouthWest Benefits Association, the ASPA Benefits Council of the Texas Gulf Coast, and the Compensation and Employee Benefits Committee of the State Bar of Texas Section of Taxation.
Mr. Reilly has extensive experience in the employee benefits area. His practice encompasses a wide range of employee benefits and executive compensation matters, including retirement and welfare plan design and operation, benefits issues relating to corporate acquisitions and divestitures, ESOPs, executive employment agreements, and equity-based and other forms of incentive compensation. He represents and advises clients ranging from hedge funds to governmental entities to Fortune 50 companies. Mr. Reilly is a frequent speaker and published author relating to employee benefits matters.
